Contract Description

​

The demolition of the existing two storied A.M.I building situated between upper Shotover Street and Horne Creek in Central Queenstown.  A detailed dismantling of the existing building was required due to two adjacent buildings and old boundary walls.  Management and safety of the Shotover Street pedestrians and traffic was a challenge.

Limited access & room to work large machinery with the site confines.  Residential neighbours meant night work was restricted.
